Verato improves your patient matching and customer matching with two cloud-based products that harness the power of Referential Matching technology. You can plug Verato Auto-Steward™ into your existing matching technology—such as a master patient index (MPI), master data management (MDM), or electronic health record (EHR)—to instantly and dramatically improve that technology by automatically resolving its toughest matches and reducing its duplicates. Or, you can rapidly deploy the Verato Universal™ MPI as a SaaS MPI or MDM solution that is easier to implement and much more accurate than any other matching technology—and that has a much lower total cost of ownership than conventional MPI and MDM products.
Our products are powered by Referential Matching, a revolutionary new approach to identity matching that is much more accurate than conventional MPI and MDM matching approaches. The foundation of our Referential Matching technology is a highly-curated, continuously-updated, self-learning database of identities spanning the entire U.S. population. This comprehensive and proprietary reference database has over 300M identities, each of which contains up to a 30-year history of identity data like names, addresses, and birthdates. Essentially, this database acts as an “answer key” for identity data. Verato references this answer key during matching to make matches no other approach can ever make—even if two records have out-of-date, errored, incomplete, and inconsistent identity data.
We’ve invested four years, millions of dollars, and hundreds of thousands of hours of data science, data engineering, algorithmic, and cloud-services expertise to build the most precise matching technology on the market. And we built our solutions in the cloud, so organizations can quickly, easily, and cost-effectively gain the power of Referential Matching to make their patient or customer matching much better, to dramatically reduce their duplicate records, and to significantly reduce the costs associated with manual data stewardship processes.
