The Foundational Analysis will create a baseline of essential data for an employee pool to determine the behavior model of the employee population. This behavior model will be projected in a dashboard, which will allow Security to easily view the collective behavior of the employee population. Trigger Analysis will look for determined triggers in credit and/or criminal activities on a continual basis. Results will be delivered to the Security Office once a trigger has been met.

The Security Executive Agent Directive (SEAD) 4 outlines the adjudicative guidelines for determining eligibility for access to classified information. The SEAD-4 provides the guidelines and criteria for all covered individuals who require initial or continued eligibility for access to classified information or eligibility to hold a sensitive position. Executive Order 12968 establishes a uniform Federal personnel security program for employees who will be considered for initial or continued access to classified information.
